Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use PriceLinks for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us of unauthorized use. One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise.

PriceLinks creates links to product pages, checks prices at a point in time, stores screenshots, rechecks links, and may surface deals through Finder. Verification is a point-in-time reading, not a guarantee: prices change, pages fail, merchants block access, and a recheck can stop or report a different result. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may change prices with notice; changes apply at the next renewal. Plan limits (links, pro links, pages, subscribers and emails) are described on the pricing page and may be enforced automatically. We may suspend paid features for failed payments or chargebacks.

Refunds. We do not currently offer refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.

You are responsible for everything you submit or send. You represent and warrant that:

• you have the right to submit the URLs, images and content you provide, and you authorize us to fetch and process those pages;
• you will comply with merchant terms and affiliate-program rules, and with advertising, consumer-protection and email law;
• you will clearly disclose any affiliate or compensation relationship (for example, “I may earn a commission from links on this page”) as required by the FTC or your local regulator;
• you will not submit illegal, counterfeit, stolen, adult, weapons, drugs or other prohibited products, or make misleading price or discount claims;
• you will only email subscribers who opted in through your page, will not upload purchased or scraped lists, and will honor unsubscribes promptly;
• your emails will identify you, include a working unsubscribe link, and contain no spam or unlawful content.

You indemnify PriceLinks for claims arising from your content, emails, affiliate relationships or breach of these Terms.

PriceLinks sends subscriber emails on the creator’s behalf. The creator is responsible for the content and for having consent. We may include our brand, unsubscribe handling and complaint controls. We may suspend sending if bounce or complaint rates are harmful, or if we receive abuse reports.

You must not:

• scrape, crawl or automate the Service other than through permitted features;
• bypass rate limits, spend limits, authentication or access controls;
• reverse engineer, resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted;
• upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service;
• use the Service to spam, defraud, infringe, impersonate or violate law;
• use another creator’s affiliate code or misrepresent a deal.

We may investigate and suspend accounts for violations.

Deal pages, profiles, links and related content may be public and indexed. You grant PriceLinks a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, resize, email and distribute the content you submit as needed to operate the Service. You retain ownership of your content. Feedback may be used without obligation.

Deal links point to third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for merchant content, prices, availability, shipping, returns or privacy practices. Some links are affiliate links; the creator may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. PriceLinks does not add its own affiliate codes to deal links. Your purchases are with the merchant.

The Service, including our software, design and brand, is owned by PriceLinks or its licensors. Do not copy or use it except as permitted. To report infringing content, contact dmca@pricelinks.com with the information required by law. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If you are a creator, you must provide your own privacy notice to your subscribers where required.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation, non-payment, legal risk or abuse. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature survive (payment, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law) survive. We may delete data after a reasonable period unless we must retain it.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that a price is current, that a deal exists, or that a retailer will honor it. We are not a party to your purchases and do not provide financial, legal or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceLinks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or statutory consumer rights.

You will defend and indemnify PriceLinks against claims, damages and costs arising from your content, emails, affiliate relationships, prohibited products, or violation of these Terms or law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict rules. Courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may have mandatory rights in their home country.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, notified. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or sale. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement.
